Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using hYYa ai (on iOS, macOS, Android, or the web) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. hYYa ai is a personal project by Hassaan, trading as hYYa Apps — it is not a registered company or corporation.

hYYa ai offers two modes:

• Vault — free, fully on-device AI. No account required. No data ever leaves your device.
• Oracle — paid, cloud-connected AI. Requires an account and an active subscription. Plans: Oracle Basic ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) and Oracle Pro ($9.99/month or $79.99/year).

Oracle Pro includes a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will activate and billing will begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and receipts on behalf of hYYa Apps. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year (depending on your plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

No refunds are issued after the trial period ends. The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the service fully before any charge occurs. Once a billing period begins, no partial or full refunds are available. For billing disputes, contact H@hyya.com or reach out to Paddle directly via your receipt.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Oracle access until then. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

You agree not to use hYYa ai to:

• Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Circumvent any security, rate-limit, or access control

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended without notice.

Your use of hYYa ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Vault mode collects nothing. Oracle mode processes messages via Groq and Together.ai solely to generate your AI responses.

hYYa ai is a personal project provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be incorrect or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hassaan (hYYa Apps) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of hYYa ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
