The Short Version

Oracle Pro comes with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to evaluate the service before any charge. Once the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds are issued.

1. Free Trial

All new Oracle Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
No credit card is required to start the trial.
You get full Oracle Pro access during the trial period.
Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

2. No Refunds After Trial

Once the trial period ends and a billing cycle begins, no refunds are provided — for monthly or annual plans. This policy exists because the trial period is specifically designed to give you enough time to decide whether the service is right for you, at no cost.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Web subscriptions: from your account settings at hyya.ai
iOS/macOS: from your Apple ID subscription settings
Android: from the Google Play subscription settings

Cancellation stops future billing. You keep Oracle access until the end of your current paid period — no access is cut short.

4. App Store & Google Play

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. We have no ability to issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms — please use reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play Help Centre.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, or have a question about a Paddle payment, contact us at H@hyya.com or reach out to Paddle directly using the link in your receipt. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and can assist with payment-level disputes.
